Shipping Policy

• A flat rate shipping of INR Thirty (30.00) only will applicable to all the physical goods per order.
• The shipping of all the physical goods is carried out by our third party reputed delivery partners.
• The usual delivery time for all the physical goods is 7-14 working days. However, due to impact of Covid-19, the delay in the deliveries are out of LectureKart’s control and solely goverened by the delivery partners.
• The shipping rates are subject to change.

Order Cancellations

• Customers cannot cancel a completed order any time before/after it gets delivered for a full refund + Shipping fee refund. For non-prepaid orders no refund is applicable.
• Order will get cancelled either if the customer is not able to receive the orders even after two delivery attempts, or the customer address is incorrect.

Returns/Refunds

• If the seller cancels complete or partial order, the customers will not get full/partial refund + full/attributed shipping fee refund. For non-prepaid orders, no refund applicable.
• In case the customer is unable/refuses to take full/partial delivery of the shipment after 3 delivery attempts, the order will be fully cancelled. The customer will not get full/partial refund + full/attributed shipping fee refund. For non-prepaid orders, no refund applicable.
